Yes, you can stream from an iPhone/iPad using Safari browser. "Prevent cross-site tracking" needs to be disabled in order to view the iframe content on the encode tab. This can be disabled in general settings-safari-privacy & security. Once this is disabled, you can stream as you normally would from a desktop browser.
