How to get support for AIM

There are two options for getting support for AIM:

1.  Submit a ticket within our portal.  With this same portal you can submit a ticket for any of our products and keep track of your ticket status...without trying to dig through emails.  Our ticketing portal allows you to attach images/files/screenshots easily.  If you cannot access this portal you will need a member of our staff to start an account for you.
