Question from Auctioneer: I have an auction that is still showing as active (appearing on the default "Active" auctions list on the Auctions tab in the main admin account), even though the date is in the past. The auction never actually ran so maybe that is why. Is there any way to show it as closed so it doesn't show up under the Active auctions?
Answer: Live auctions have to be run and then closed to change status.
For future reference, on the "run live auction" tab, once it connected "start auction", then "stop auction" on the top right.
